Who can apply for an Enhanced CRB?

Enhanced CRB’s are for Organisations/Employers based in England & Wales and can be obtained for......	Information included:
People working with children and/or vulnerable adults, in aspecified NATURE e.g.: supervising, caring, teaching, training, or in a specified PLACE (“Regulated Activity” – see defn. p.5)	Unspent convictions Spent convictions Cautions Inclusion on children's or adults' barred lists Other relevant information held by police forces and other Government Bodies
People that have contact with children and/or vulnerable adults, in a specified PLACEe.g.: school, care home (“Regulated Activity” – see defn. p.5)
People involved in Fostering or Childcare
Certain specified positions of responsibility (e.g. school governor, charity trustee of children’s charity or vulnerable adults’ charity).
The day-to-day manager or supervisor of somebody involved in Regulated Activity - see defn. p.5
Ancillary support roles (e.g.:cleaners / maintenance / admin) in Further Education, the NHS and Adult Social Care
People who have access to sensitive records about children and vulnerable adults
Staff working within the Gambling Commission
