CRB Checks

All Individuals will need to complete the Post Office Verify form provided by Mayflower and take this to their local Post Office with their original ID. The Post Office will fill in this form verifying your ID on behalf of Mayflower. You must return this form to us with your completed CRB Application form. The Post office will charge £5.11 at the counter for this service. Please do not send original ID to Mayflower.

Basic Police Check

A Basic Policec Check is available for anyone who lives or has lived in the UK.

A Basic Criminal Records Check sometimes known as a Basic Police Check or Basic CRB is the lowest level of disclosure and checks the Police National Computer (PNC) for details of all current criminal convictions (convictions considered unspent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974).

A Basic Disclosure Certificate will give these details or it will confirm there are no such convictions.
